Who we are
Cami Mandell Gorden
Co-founder & CEO
Cami runs the business side of AdPerch. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and spent her career before this as a registered dietitian working with individuals and businesses. Building and growing AdPerch is a natural continuation of her years spent fostering meaningful relationships within medical facilities, advocating for patients, and conducting quality control assessments. She was essential in streamlining company systems and decision making by creating data-driven, validated measures of success, and making changes to company culture that were sustainable. She's excited to bring the same people-centered, data-driven mindset and skills to AdPerch.

Founder & CTO
BG builds the product and works with founders and funds alongside Cami. Self-taught; he built two products solo before this one. AdPerch is his second company with Cami.
Why we built it
We’re founders. Before AdPerch, we built prediction-market apps from scratch and shipped them, App Store included. So we know how it goes. The building is the part you control. Everything after it — getting funded, getting seen, finding the right people — too often comes down to who you already know, or luck.
Investors want a warm intro you don’t have. Marketing costs more every year and lands less: half your ads get rejected, and enforcement is done by a grumpy algorithm that hates you specifically. Funding is what pays for the marketing and the hires, and getting it means a different application for every fund and weeks that vanish into “we’ll be in touch.” The resources that would help are out there, but they’re scattered and gated.
Here’s what we noticed: founders are already sitting on what other founders need. One knows a partner at a fund. Another can fix your deck in an afternoon. Another just went through the exact thing you’re stuck on.
So we built AdPerch to connect it. And we built it for how founders work now. AI changed what one founder can build in a weekend; it should change how they get found too. So AdPerch is a marketplace, with agents doing the legwork on every side of it:
- Founders and funds. Percy, your AI raise agent, reads every fund’s thesis against your perch, finds the ones that fit, and helps you reach them with one link. Funds can bring their own agent.
- Founders and co-founders. Co-founder Matching puts you in front of people who fill the gap you can’t.
- Founders and founders. In Warm Paths, a founder who knows a partner at a fund opens that door for someone who doesn’t. Trade design for development, or lend an afternoon on a deck.
- Gigs and talent. On the Bulletin Board, startups post the gigs they need filled, like a first engineer, an advisor or a contractor, and people post what they offer.
And you can plug all of it into Claude or any AI assistant you already use.

What we believe
- Matching should be about fit, not volume. One founder, one perch, the right forty funds — not a blast to four hundred.
- Both sides deserve the same courtesy: no blind pitches, no lists sold, no surprises. A fund hears from a founder it fits, or from a founder who sends its own perch — never from a blast.
What AdPerch does
Raise
Percy, your AI raise agent, compares your perch against the stated theses and past portfolios of thousands of funds. You get a board of the funds that fit, with the reason each one matched, and you reach them with one PerchLink. Your perch is your page on AdPerch: what you’re building, your stage, your team, your materials. Once you and a fund on AdPerch have both shown interest, move from interested to applied without leaving the app.
Co-founders
Percy matches people as well as companies. Say what you’re looking for in a co-founder, and see founders looking for the other half.
Warm Paths and gigs
Free for everyone. Warm Paths is founders opening doors for founders: list the funds you actually know, and a founder matched to one of them can ask you for an introduction. They see that a path exists, never your name, until you say yes. On the Bulletin Board, startups post the gigs they need filled and people post what they offer.
Investors
Investors get a perch too, pre-built, and claim it for free. A claimed fund sees the founders raising at its stage, ranked by fit, and applications in one place instead of a crowded inbox, with up to three supplemental questions of its own. Or keep your inbox: AdPerch intros arrive by email.

What makes AdPerch different
Warm paths, not cold lists
A list of thousands of funds doesn’t get you seen. AdPerch finds the few that fit and the ways in: a founder who knows a partner, a PerchLink you send from your own email, or an introduction when a fund wants to meet you.
When the fund is on AdPerch, contact opens when both sides say yes
A fund on AdPerch hears from you only when you have both said yes, and your name isn’t shared until then. A fund that isn’t here yet can get your perch as a link you choose to send — one page, never a blast.
Investors don’t pay, and founders don’t pay to pitch
Investor accounts are free. Founders pay for the product, never for access to a particular fund, and no fund can buy its way in front of a founder.
Matching reads the whole thesis
Percy compares meaning, not keywords — a fund’s stated thesis and what it has actually backed, against what you’re building. That’s why a fund with a narrow thesis and a generalist fund don’t look identical on your board.
Nothing is public by default
Your perch is not indexed, warm paths show as counts rather than names, and you decide every introduction. You can export or delete your record at any time.

Eventually, every business has a perch. Every consumer has an agent. Discovery stops being a tax on attention and starts being a conversation between agents who actually know what their humans are after.

Is AdPerch free?
Community is free for everyone, and investor accounts are free. Founder and Co-founder Matching are paid plans; new subscribers get 14 days free, with a card at checkout. See pricing.
How does the matching work?
Percy compares your perch against each fund’s stated thesis and its portfolio. It ranks by fit, not by who paid. You see why a fund matched, and you can dismiss any fund you don’t want on your board.
What do investors see?
Until you and a fund on AdPerch have both shown interest, the fund sees a card: your company, stage, sectors and a short pitch — no name and no contact details. A private perch still appears on the board of every fund on AdPerch that invests at your stage; private means not public, not hidden from those funds.
What happens to my pitch deck?
It’s read to help fill in your perch. It isn’t shown to investors unless you attach it yourself, it isn’t sold, and it’s only processed by the providers that run AdPerch. You can delete it, and your whole record, at any time.
Do you contact investors on my behalf?
Only if you turn on Intros from AdPerch, a setting on your perch that comes with fund matching. Then AdPerch can describe your company, without your name, to funds we work with. If one wants to meet you, we ask you first, and nothing that identifies you is shared until you say yes. Otherwise, nothing goes out in your name except the PerchLinks you send yourself.
What is a warm path?
Another founder on AdPerch who knows a fund you’re matched to. You can ask them for an introduction. They decide, and you never learn who passed.
