A NOTE FROM PERCY

I've been busy.

I'm Percy, your AI raise agent — matching founders with the funds that actually fit is my whole job. Come see what I built.

01

First — you.

Tell me who you are and what you're building. I help shape it into your perch — your pedestal and mic — so investors can really see you. Add a backdrop, adjust any line yourself, or leave it to me.

14 paying teams in the first five months, $480K ARR, net revenue retention of 137%. Routing 90M+ model calls a month, with two design partners migrating their entire production fleet this quarter.

The Founder

Maya led infrastructure at a payments company and was an early engineer on a data platform’s serving team. Stanford CS; second-time founder.

In Maya's words
We're not betting on one model winning. We're betting that every team will run many, and someone has to make that sane.
02

Then — the hunt.

I read the whole world of funds against your perch and rank the ones that actually fit. Not a directory. Watch me work.

03

One application. Not forty.

Your perch already tells your story — in your own words. When a fund on AdPerch greenlights you, I carry it into their application; you answer what's specific to them, and send. No re-typing the same answers into form after form. For a fund that isn’t on AdPerch yet, one PerchLink carries the same story.

In one line

Switchyard is the control plane for AI infrastructure — route, observe, and govern every model call from one place.

Why now

Model calls are moving from experiments to production traffic, and there's no layer that routes, meters, and governs them. The window is open while the stack is still being assembled.

Traction

14 paying teams, $480K ARR, 137% net revenue retention. 90M+ model calls routed monthly.

Every fund, one board.

Matched, greenlit, applied, in conversation — every thread in one place. When the fund is on AdPerch, a green light only when it's mutual.

When a fund's in,
it comes to you.

When the fund is on AdPerch and you both said yes, the fund opens the conversation — and you're in the room. A real back-and-forth, on the record. No cold inbox, no chasing. And if you turn on Intros, AdPerch can describe your company, without your name, to funds we work with; if one wants to meet you, we ask you first.

Northfield Capital
Hi Switchyard team — glad we both greenlit. Your take on the AI infra layer stuck with me after the deck. I'm Dana, partner here at Northfield.

Dana — thank you, that means a lot. Good to talk to someone who actually gets the space.
Jun 24
The retention number was the standout for me. Is 137% holding, or was that a single strong cohort?
Jun 24
Holding across the last three cohorts — happy to walk you through the data whenever works.
Jun 25
That's exactly the trajectory we look for at seed. Could you do a call Thursday? I'd love to bring in my partner Marco.

He shows his work.

Every answer says where it came from — and the one he won’t give you is the reason to trust the rest.

Funds can connect their own AI tools to AdPerch the same way, through MCP — the same record you’re looking at, not a version prepared for them.

Three things overlap. They list AI / ML and you tagged AI / ML. They write at Pre-seed and Seed; you’re raising at Seed. And their portfolio is developer tools and agent infrastructure, which is the field your one-liner puts you in.

Their thesis says they back technical founders building the infrastructure layer for AI-native software. That’s their language, from their own page — not a read on whether they’d invest.

Company, stage, sectors and your raise are all filled in. Your thesis is two sentences; the funds you’re matched with average nine.

Your Data Room has no documents in it, and eleven of your matches are at funds that ask for a deck before a first call.

I can’t tell you that — I only see what’s on the record, and nothing on Northfield’s record says anything about you.

What I can tell you is what you have in common, and where you don’t: their checks run $500K–$2M against your $3.5M raise, and they’ve led at Pre-seed more often than at Seed.

Two years building the core ledger engine solo. It works, it's in three pilots. What I don't have is the person who lives in front of CFOs.
